Briefing: Bug Out

Destroy the Incubators that are pumping Terminauts into the city. Incubators are protected by a shield powered by nearby Crystals. Clear enemies out from around a Crystal to make it vulnerable. Destroy all Crystals linked to an Incubator to lower its shield. Once the shield is down, shoot the exposed back part of the Incubator. Interact with the front to pull out the Incubator’s core and destroy it. Once all Incubators are destroyed, the mission is complete.

Briefing: Smash and Grab

Kill all the enemies while Hack interfaces with the data cache Terminaut. Kill the marked enemy to expose the data cache Terminaut. Interact with the data cache Terminaut to allow Hack to start downloading. Kill all the reinforcements to allow Hack full access to Brainiac’s network.

Briefing: Skull Ship Jammin'

Hold the Skull Ship’s attention with a Signal Jammer while Flag gathers intel. Kill enemies to provide charge to the Terminaut in the Jammer. Perform any special requirement to gain extra charges from kills. When the Jammer is charged, return to the shielded safe zone around it. Complete multiple stages to allow Flag to successfully gather intel.

Briefing: Community Service

Rescue trapped Civilians before theyare integrated into Brainiac’s forces. The Bus will scan the area for survivors. Kill enemies in the area to allow safe extraction of Civilians. Clear the rooftops where Civilians are located. Interact with the door or hatch to take the Civilian into your Shrink Tech device. Carry Civilian back to the bus before they suffocate in the device. Pass Civilian to other Squad members to refresh their oxygen supply. Interact with the Bus to deposit Civilian safely.

Briefing: Ivy's Garden Party

Protect Ivy’s plants so she can clear out parts of the city with her Afflictions. Kill the Troopers that surround Ivy’s plants. Ivy’s main plant, Daphne, will begin to corrupt while her support plants are suppressed or Daphne is attacked. Kill enemies to gain charge foran Affliction Burst. Interact with a support plant or Daphne to release an Affliction Burst on enemies around it. Keep Ivy’s plants safe until Daphne can grow to full size.

Briefing: Hack vs. Brainiac

Keep control of communication Terminals to allow Hack access to Brainiac’s network. Hack is phasing in Terminals from Brainiac’s network. Keep enemies away from the Terminals to allow Hack to finish her work. If enemies interfere for long enough with a Terminal they will phase it back and cause you to fail the mission. Brute enemies are able to interfere with all Terminals from afar, these are high priority to eliminate. Once Hack has finished extracting the data from a Terminal, she will initiate its self-destruct sequence. Once all Terminals have been cleared of data, the mission is over.

Briefing: Artillery Battering

Attack and destroy a massive living artillery cannon. Killing enemies will drop Terminaut Bits that Hack will highlight. Collect Bits ready to throw at exposed areas of the cannon. Throw Terminaut Bits at areas marked by Hack to draw out the Terminauts inside. Once a nest of Terminauts has been exposed, shoot it to deal damage to the cannon. Destroy multiple weak points while avoiding the weapon’s anti-personnel attacks to defeat it.

Briefing: Toyman's Research Rampage

Perform valuable research for Toyman. Kill Brainiac’s forces and collect their dropped Data Shards. Deposit Data Shards at layman’s Truck. Return to the shielded safe zone around the Truck when enough data has been collected. After the death pulse, follow the Truck to different locations to help Toyman’s research.

Briefing: Terraformer Takedown

Escort a warhead to the heart of Brainiac’s Terraformer. Interact with a vehicle carrying a deadly payload to signal the mission start. Escort the bomb towards the Terraformer, ensuring enemies cannot get a lock on its location. Brainiac will phase in Signal Towers along the route that will attempt to lock onto the truck. Clear out enemies around these Towers to make them vulnerable. Destroy them by shooting the crystal at the core of the Tower. Once at the Terraformer, the payload will deploy and begin arming. Keep the area clear of enemies until the arming sequence is complete and the Terraformer can be destroyed.

Briefing: Out of Orbit

Destroy a corrupted satellite that is searching for new dimensions for Brainiac to conquer. Hack needs to forcefully phase in parts of the out-of-phase Watchtower satellite so the Squad can destroy it. Defend the Terminals she pulls in and allow her to get a lock on parts of the Watchtower. Once she has a lock she will temporarily phase in that part of the Watchtower. Shoot and destroy the weak point to keep it locked and move on to the next set of Terminals. Once all parts are locked in, destroy the final weak point to implode the Watchtower.
