Attention all residents of Paradise. This is an emergency broadcast regarding our food and fuel supply.

With the temporary loss of Eastshore docks to the bandits known as the Raiders, we can no longer rely upon the resources of neighboring communities.

We are forced to open our reserves depot.

I assure you that this is only temporary and that all will be returned to normal.

However, we cannot commit normalcy to a time frame, so, until then, all residents of Paradise are instructed to limit their consumption of grains and petrohol.

Effective immediately, all residents are required to register for a ration chip, and the trading post will now be the only source for fuel.
