The Defiance Store screen allows you to browse and purchase real money items, access Claim Items and Redeem Codes.

Purchase Bits and items for sale using that Currency including cosmetic items and more.

View and retrieve items sent to Claims because of Inventory overflow or other circumstances.

When you start a new Character any number of items you have purchased for your Account may be waiting in Claims. Items are also put here when your inventory is full and you receive rewards such as those at the end of an Arkfall. If you have no items that meet these requirements you'll see this Page.
If you do have have items in Claims you'll be presented with a screen like this. Each item has to be individually claimed with the 
button.Redeem Code
Special codes acquired from certain sources can be entered here to unlock items for your Account.
