Normally the Claims tab is empty. It is an area where items that won't fit in your current inventory are placed when you recive them as rewards such as at the end of an Arkfall.

If you played Original Defiance you may have items transferred over. Outfits, headgear, Vehicles and Titles could possibly be waiting each time you create a new character depending on the item and how you acquired it in the previous game.

Redeem Code

In Original Defiance there were many times where this tab was applicable but it appears to exist only as a leacy screen today.
